Hausregeln: So that your stay conditions are as pleasant as possible, and that health and safety conditions are guaranteed for everyone, we ask you to read these regulations carefully. Location duration This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined during your reservation, determined in your rental contract or in your booking reservation. Under no circumstances will a customer be able to claim any right to remain in the premises outside of this period. Arrival and departure Arrival times are scheduled for the afternoon from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Departure times are scheduled in the morning until 11 a.m. maximum. Any late departure or arrival may result in the application of a supplement. The time devoted to restoring the accommodation must take place on the day of departure, before the deadline. Use of premises All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean. The supply of water, electricity (except electric vehicle charging), heating and air conditioning are included in the rental price. However, in order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long. The heating and air conditioning system is self-resetting, please do not disconnect the temperature control box from the gîtes. All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything into the toilet bowl, except toilet paper. Only use products compatible with a septic tank. Each access door to the accommodation is equipped with key locks. Be absolutely sure to close them when traveling outside the gîte. You are responsible for all theft and damage in the event of non-compliance with this clause. Safety and decency instructions Please respect the tranquility of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The noise volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a conflict or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers causing the problem. To respect the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. In the event of an emergency, please notify the emergency services (18 for firefighters, 15 for Samu, 17 for the police, 112 European emergency numbers). Fire extinguishers were placed in the accommodation. Cleaning Package A cleaning package may apply at the end of the stay, if the customer has not chosen to clean the premises themselves or if an inventory after the customer's departure indicates that the cleaning was insufficient. In this case, the Cleaning package is €80 and includes cleaning of rooms and household linen ETC.... However, please take care not to leave the accommodation in disorder, in particular ensuring the storage of furniture, objects and crockery and Household waste. Bed linen must be placed in the laundry basket located in the bathroom as well as towels and tea towels. Bins are available to you at the entrance just after the gate on your right. Please respect the rules. When you leave, please do not leave anything in the trash cans and return them clean. Welcoming animals Only the rental contract specifies whether the tenant is authorized to stay with his pet. If applicable, the tenant undertakes to return the rental in an impeccable state of cleanliness, in no case revealing the presence of an animal during the stay, including outside the accommodation. Animals must never be left in the accommodation in the absence of their owner. Any damage due to animals is the sole responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from their deposit. Feeding our animals Please do not feed our animals during your stay. We take care of their diet appropriately and ensure that they receive balanced meals tailored to their needs. we want to ensure the well-being and health of our four-legged companions. Instructions regarding automatic gates and road safety In order to guarantee the safety of our dogs and to prevent any risk of accident linked to the excessive speed of vehicles on the secondary road adjacent to our property, we ask you to respect the following procedure when using the automatic gate: When you arrive at the gate to exit or enter our property, please wait at a distance Wait until the gate is completely closed before engaging your vehicle to exit or enter our property. It is essential to ensure that the gate is closed securely to prevent any accidental escape of our dogs onto the main road. Likewise, upon arrival, please wait until the gate is fully open before entering our property. This will avoid any risk of collision or accident with the gate in motion. We also draw your attention to the excessive speed of certain vehicles on the adjacent road. We ask you to exercise great caution when traveling. Please respect a limited traffic speed (at walking pace) within the property to ensure the safety of everyone, especially children. We would like to emphasize that this instruction is put in place in the interest of the safety of everyone, including our precious four-legged companions. Dogs can be unpredictable, and given the speed of vehicles on the road, it is crucial that everyone strictly follows this rule to prevent any unfortunate incidents. Use of towels provided The towels provided in the apartments are intended exclusively for use in the bathroom for showering. They must under no circumstances be used in the swimming pool. Use of the swimming pool For safety reasons, please follow the instructions for using the swimming pool. The swimming pool is reserved only for tenants staying in our gîtes. It is prohibited to invite outsiders to use the swimming pool. 1– Do not run around the pool. 2 – Avoid dangerous games or dives. 3 – Avoid glass containers around the pool. 4 – Avoid sharp or sharp metal objects around the pool. 5 – Use pool games and toys with care. 6 – Always keep floating toys and pool games out of the water after being used. Children have a natural tendency to want to achieve them first. 7 – Children should not use the pool without adult supervision, and the adult must be a competent and safe swimmer. When parents of invited children are present, remind them that they are also responsible for their supervision. 8 – No electrical appliances or wires should be allowed near the pool. 9 – The pool deck/terrace must be kept clean and free of debris and cigarette butts. Dirty surfaces can become slippery and cause accidents. 10– Be careful with inflatable toys and mattresses. Remember that these items are also deflatable. 11 – Swimming pools are like driving cars; they do not mix well with alcohol and psychotropic substances. Keep intoxicated guests away from the pool. 12 – Allow a meal time to digest before entering the pool. If you are too tired, go to bed…. Do not swim. 13 – Swimmers with open wounds or infections should not use the pool. 14– Be careful not to overexpose yourself to the sun.
